This is the latest blatant demonstration how fucked and sick America has become. A country that endorses and judicially supports and creates justification for the use of torture, the kidnapping and assassination of foreign nationals, illegal & indefinite detention, electronic spying on its own citizenship, abolished Habeas Corpus, but is willing to declare smoking harmful to the point of banning it even within the boundary of individual privacy. I guess one step ahead Iran.....in regard to civil liberties.
